Shipping Cost

Ireland: Free shipping on orders over €100.

Northern Ireland: A flat delivery fee of €80 applies.

Estimated Shipping & General Delivery Times

Order Processing

Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After processing, orders are shipped via DPD or another reputable carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

General Delivery Estimates

Ireland & Northern Ireland: Expected delivery within 1–10 business days, depending on location.

Accessories: Ship from China with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

Pre-Order Items: Total delivery time = estimated dispatch date shown on the product page + standard delivery time for your region.

Important Delivery Notes

Carrier Handling

Once the carrier takes possession of your parcel, we cannot control or guarantee the exact delivery date. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or seasonal congestion.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural regions may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Time Clarification

All delivery dates are estimates. EcoCycle Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or uncontrollable events.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • failure to collect on time
  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • refusal of delivery
  • other customer-related reasons

We reserve the right to charge twice the delivery cost for redelivery or deduct this cost from any refund issued.

Peak Period Delays

During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays, new product launches, restock periods), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will provide updates on product pages and via email when applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send items back to the product manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Helmets
  • Clothing

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for:
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not caused by EcoCycle Hub
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email that your return has been received.
  • We will inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
