What warranty do your electric bikes come with?
All electric bikes sold through our store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In general, this includes:
- Frame: Long-term or lifetime warranty (varies by brand)
- Motor & controller: Usually 12 months
- Battery: Usually 12 months (capacity-related wear excluded)

What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets)

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and stock availability.

Are your e-bikes fully assembled?
To ensure safe transport, our e-bikes are delivered partially assembled.
Each bike includes clear setup instructions, and most customers can complete the installation at home with basic tools.
If you’d prefer a fully ready-to-ride bike, we also offer a professional assembly service for an additional €90.
