- Battery: Usually 12 months (capacity-related wear excluded)

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and stock availability.

Dispatched within 1 business day from the nearest European warehouse and typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Are your e-bikes fully assembled?
To ensure safe transport, our e-bikes are delivered partially assembled.
Each bike includes clear setup instructions, and most customers can complete the installation at home with basic tools.
If you’d prefer a fully ready-to-ride bike, we also offer a professional assembly service for an additional €90.
