Everything You Need to Know Before Buying

E-Bike FAQ

Which e‑bike is right for me?

Here's a quick guide:

Easy access & mobility-friendly – Step‑through frames, low standover height, and optional three‑wheel designs for extra stability. Perfect for seniors, riders with limited mobility, or anyone who wants to mount and dismount with zero effort.

City commuter – Step‑through frame, 25‑28" wheels, torque sensor, 80‑100 km range.

Foldable & portable – 20" wheels, compact storage, great for apartments or multi‑modal commutes.

Cargo & family – 200 kg payload, longtail design, child‑seat compatible, 150+ km range.

Off‑road & adventure – 20×4.0" fat tyres, full suspension, 80‑120 km range.

Premium lightweight – Carbon fibre frame, under 15 kg, belt drive, torque sensor.

How does the FREE Assembly & Delivery work?

We professionally build, test, and tune every bike in our workshop, then deliver it fully assembled to your door.No tools, no setup, no unboxing hassle – just unbox and ride.Note: this offer applies to selected models and online orders only – check the product page for details.

Can I use the Bike to Work Scheme on this e‑bike?

Absolutely. All our e‑bikes areBike to Work Scheme eligible– you can save up to52%through tax‑free salary sacrifice. We handle the paperwork and issue your HR‑ready invoice within 24 hours.

What's a torque sensor? Why does it matter?

A torque sensor measures how hard you're pedalling and delivers power in proportion to your effort. Pedal harder, get more assist – pedal lighter, get less. It makes the ride feel natural, smooth, and intuitive, like you've suddenly got superhuman legs. Models with torque sensors are significantly more responsive than those with basic cadence sensors (which just detect pedal rotation).

What does "Wh" mean on a battery? (e.g. 499Wh, 720Wh)

Wh (Watt-hours) is the total energy capacity of the battery – like the size of a fuel tank. A higher Wh number means more range. For example, a 720Wh battery will generally take you further than a 499Wh battery, assuming the same bike and riding conditions.
